anybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if anybet reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your anybet account at any time by contacting anybet's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the anybet platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts.
anybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, anybet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the anybet platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the anybet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
